Rules:
Winter Additions:
- Be courteous to other guests.
- Keep your area clean and well organized.
- Park other vehicles in front of and behind your area, do not block the gravel road. Additional parking in the area east of the cinderblock building. No parking or driving on green areas.
- All garbage must be in bags tied shut. Small appliances, broken down boxes and other items can be thrown away but must be in bags. The Bingham County Transfer Station will accept other items.
- Pets are welcome but must be kept on your site unless leashed and accompanied by a guest. Walking areas are the east side of the park. All pet waste must be picked up and can be included in your bagged garbage. Barking dogs are not allowed inside or outside of units.
- Fires are only allowed in smokeless fire pits when the wind is low.
- Sounds should be kept within your unit be it music, tv, video games, pets or conversations.
- Complaints from other guests are taken seriously.
- Any violations of these rules can result in fines of $20-$50 per incident and expulsion from the RV park.
Winter Additions:
- Insulated skirts are required if staying from November to April. These should be of one color and well maintained.
- Water access must be insulated and heat tape included from faucet to unit. Frozen faucets are the responsibility of the guest. Units with frost free hydrants cannot be used over the Winter.
- Snow removal is up to the guest. We will strive to clear access to parking areas after larger storms within a day or two, but walk ways and parking areas are the responsibility of guests. It is good to pack the snow by driving over it and allowing it to freeze. Once there is a good frozen base, we can snow blow or push snow.
